Una situazione che si presenta soprattutto per i progetti particolarmente complessi e di rilevante entit\u00e0 finanziaria. Il Comitato ha pertanto stabilito la possibilit\u00e0 di concedere proroghe anche per periodi superiori ai 12 mesi. La segreteria tecnica preparer\u00e0 la documentazione vagliando lo stato di realizzazione delle fasi di affidamento e completamente delle opere.<\/p>\n<p>La seconda decisione del Comitato evita che i Comuni debbano anticipare le spese tecniche relative alle diverse fasi di progettazione, mandando in sofferenza i rispettivi bilanci. Una regola che gi\u00e0 vale per i progetti della nuova programmazione 2013 e 2014, e che d\u2019ora in poi viene estesa anche ai progetti presentati nel triennio precedente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abUno alla volta\u00bb, rileva il presidente del Comitato, Roger De Menech, \u00abstiamo sciogliendo tutti i nodi che si erano intrecciati nel tempo.
