Stando al domenicale, il CD conterrebbe informazioni su migliaia di clienti tedeschi che presso la banca in questione disporrebbero di conti con un patrimonio fino a cinque milioni di euro (6,02 milioni di franchi). Le autorit\u00e0 fiscali di Wuppertal, una delle maggiori citt\u00e0 del Land, stanno esaminando i dati. Le operazioni contro i clienti di Credit Suisse sarebbero state realizzate grazie a informazioni comprate nel 2012. Il Land settentrionale, dal 2010, ha comprato vari CD con informazioni su evasori fiscali e da allora quasi 19&#8217;000 persone si sono autodenunciate. Il governo del Land, contattato dall&#8217;agenzia Reuters, ha rifiutato di prendere posizione facendo valere il segreto fiscale.Insomma, un esempio di come sia possibile impostare una efficace strategia di contrasto all&#8217;evasione fiscale come sembra si sia decisa a fare la Germania. Negli ultimi tempi, osserva Giovanni D&#8217;Agata, presidente dello \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/giovannidagata.voxmail.it\/nl\/hxmlv\/q1bt5s\/1?_t=c4c753c9\" target=\"_blank\">Sportello dei Diritti<\/a>\u201d, il numero di autodenunce \u00e8 aumentato anche in altri L\u00e4nder. Il trend si spiega con il fatto che dal prossimo primo gennaio le condizioni per sfuggire alle sanzioni saranno rese pi\u00f9 severe e le multe saranno pi\u00f9 salate. Mentre in Italia, non si ha come obiettivo primario quello di eliminare l&#8217;evasione, quanto quello di incrementare il gettito fiscale.
