Sono peggiorate le condizioni dei binari, i treni sono pi\u00f9 vecchi e lenti, la linea \u00e8 intasata di convogli?<\/p>\n<p>Nulla di tutto questo, afferma il consigliere regionale Sergio Reolon. \u00abSemplicemente la giunta regionale sul trasporto ferroviario \u00e8 subalterna alle politiche di Trenitalia. Per la societ\u00e0 le due linee bellunesi costituiscono un costo e quindi fa di tutto per scoraggiare l\u2019utenza. Io penso, al contrario di Zaia, che puntare sul trasporto pubblico significa attrarre investimenti e rilanciare l\u2019economia\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Reolon ha pronta una mozione per impegnare la Giunta a cambiare radicalmente indirizzo sulle politiche di trasporto ferroviario e su strada nella provincia di Belluno. L\u2019occasione \u00e8 offerta dalla gara di appalto per l\u2019affidamento del servizio ferroviario regionale. \u00abBisogna che la gara sia suddivisa in lotti in grado di attirare altri potenziali gestori\u00bb, spiega il consigliere, \u00abcos\u00ec da uscire dalla gestione complice tra Trenitalia e Giunta regionale\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Per chiedere la gara per l\u2019affidamento del servizio ferroviario e la suddivisione in lotti, Reolon aveva presentato un emendamento in sede di approvazione del bilancio regionale ad aprile. Allora fu bocciato per due voti.<\/p>\n<p>Con la mozione, Reolon chiede di \u201cattivare le procedure per l\u2019avvio di un bando di gara d\u2019appalto per l\u2019affidamento dei seguenti servizi:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) linea ferroviaria Calalzo-Padova con almeno quattro corse giornaliere dirette (andata-ritorno) sull\u2019intera tratta;<\/li>\n<li>b) linea ferroviaria Calalzo-Venezia con almeno quattro corse giornaliere dirette (andata-ritorno) sull\u2019intera tratta;<\/li>\n<li>c) trasporto pubblico extraurbano su gomma nella Provincia di Belluno\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSono convinto che la gara unica per tutta la regione rende irrilevanti le linee bellunesi\u00bb, conclude Reolon. \u00abAssistiamo al peggioramento continuo del servizio, soprattutto dopo l\u2019introduzione dell\u2019orario cadenzato. Sono aumentati i tempi di percorrenza e i disagi per gli utenti.
