Si tratta di progetti pilota, finanziati con la legge regionale n. 25 del 2000 e approvati dalla Regione nel 2005, eseguiti per incentivare il risparmio di energia e promuovere lo sviluppo delle fonti energetiche rinnovabili. I Comuni interessati dal provvedimento sono Alleghe, Borca di Cadore, Calalzo di Cadore, Comelico Superiore, Cortina d\u2019Ampezzo, Falcade, Feltre, Lozzo di Cadore, Puos d\u2019Alpago e San Vito di Cadore. Cos\u00ec, su iniziativa del presidente Giancarlo Galan che ha approvato le motivazioni dei ritardi prodotte dagli enti locali, l\u2019esecutivo di Palazzo Balbi ha dilazionato i termini per l\u2019ultimazione degli interventi stabilendo la data di scadenza al 31 dicembre 2009. Nella stessa seduta, la giunta regionale, su proposta dell\u2019assessore Flavio Silvestrin, ha disposto che venga liquidato il 50 per cento dell\u2019acconto 2008, pari a \u20ac 331.163, 31, a favore della Comunanza delle Regole d\u2019Ampezzo.
