Sul grave problema della disoccupazione, che secondo i dati\u00a02009 della Banca d’Italia raggiunge il 10% della popolazione attiva, interviene il coordinatore provinciale del Pd Valerio Tabacchi. In questo quadro generale, saranno principalmente le donne a rimetterci. Il Partito democratico per salvaguardare e far \"\"<\/a>crescere il lavoro femminile propone:<\/p>\n

– la tutela del posto di lavoro delle precarie della Pubblica Amministrazione
\n– la riduzione del costo del lavoro delle donne come incentivo all’occupazione
\n– un credito d\u2019imposta per le aziende che assumano donne
\n– il sostegno all\u2019imprenditoria femminile
\n– il superamento delle discriminazioni salariali.<\/p>\n

Per promuovere la conciliazione e la condivisione, propone:
\n– credito d\u2019imposta per le lavoratrici madri come riconoscimento del lavoro di cura
\n– piano per asili nido e servizi all\u2019infanzia e ai non autosufficienti
\n– incentivi per favorire la flessibilit\u00e0 degli orari
\n– congedo paterno obbligatorio
\n– per le lavoratrici madri possibilit\u00e0 del part-time con un periodo di contributi figurativi a carico dello Stato.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
