Cos\u00ec il capogruppo del Pdl in Consiglio regionale commenta l\u2019approvazione da parte dell\u2019assemblea dell\u2019emendamento che introduce nella legge finanziaria del 2012 la pratica del cicloescursionismo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSi tratta di una norma nata per dare ossigeno alle imprese della nostra montagna reduci da una stagione invernale pessima, per non dire drammatica\u201d, illustra Bond. Stando all\u2019emendamento, la Giunta regionale avr\u00e0 60 giorni \u2013 dopo l\u2019entrata in vigore della legge finanziaria \u2013 per definire i criteri per l\u2019individuazione dei soggetti competenti e dei percorsi ciclo-escursionistici nell\u2019ambito delle aree sciabili attrezzate.<\/p>\n<p>I percorsi ciclo-escursionistici dovranno poi essere adeguatamente segnalati e messi in sicurezza per garantire l\u2019escursionismo a piedi, potranno inoltre attraversare strade destinate al passaggio di veicoli a patto che vengano utilizzate tutte le cautele del caso. Sar\u00e0 vietato vietato usare mezzi diversi dalla bicicletta. Un ruolo di primo piano nell\u2019individuazione dei percorsi sar\u00e0 affidato agli enti locali, mentre per i sentieri alpini avr\u00e0 voce in capitolo il Cai. Per l\u2019attuazione si prevede lo stanziamento di 150 mila euro. \u201cE\u2019 un provvedimento innovativo che in altre zone d\u2019Europa ha prodotto un buon indotto turistico a impatto zero\u201d, sottolinea Bond che proprio per questo si dice \u201cstupito\u201d del comportamento tenuto dal Pd e dal consigliere Sergio Reolon in primis: \u201cVolevano bloccare il tutto con motivazioni pretestuose, dicendo che la norma non poteva stare in finanziaria. Peccato che la stessa proposta due settimane fa in Commissione Bilancio sia stata votata all\u2019unanimit\u00e0. L\u2019ho trovato un atteggiamento irresponsabile nei confronti degli operatori della montagna\u201d.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_16387\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-16387\" style=\"width: 130px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bellunopress.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/sergio-reolon-130x130.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16387\" title=\"sergio-reolon-130x130\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bellunopress.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/sergio-reolon-130x130.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"130\" height=\"130\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-16387\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sergio Reolon<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>La replica di Sergio Reolon: &#8220;Una reazione scomposta quella di Bond, segno di debolezza sua e della norma approvata&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIl Pd non ha votato contro la norma che agevola la pratica del cicloescursionismo perch\u00e9 \u00e8 contro questa attivit\u00e0. Abbiamo piuttosto chiesto che venisse ritirato un articolo sbagliato ed improvvisato, che produrr\u00e0 confusione e che render\u00e0 pi\u00f9 difficile la realizzazione di percorsi cicloturistici\u201d. Questa la replica del consigliere del Pd in Consiglio regionela, Sergio Reolon, al capogruppo del PdL, Dario Bond. \u00a0 \u201cPer non parlare poi di aspetti ridicoli, come quello di prevedere in legge regionale che il cicloturista debba dare la precedenza o di interdire questi percorsi a coloro che in montagna ci vanno a piedi. Per questo avevamo chiesto di affrontare la materia con una norma apposita e non in Finanziaria\u201d. \u00a0 \u201cLa scomposta reazione del consigliere Bond \u2013 conclude Reolon &#8211; rappresenta una dimostrazione di debolezza che la dice lunga sugli effetti che quella norma potr\u00e0 effettivamente avere.
