La New-Co, partecipata rispettivamente al 51% e al 49%, ha l\u2019obiettivo di costruire e gestire nuovi impianti idroelettrici in sinergia con quelli Enel gi\u00e0 in esercizio. Belluno, 15 Luglio 2011 \u2013 Enel Produzione SpA (\u201cEnel Produzione\u201d) ed En&amp;En SpA (\u201cEn&amp;En\u201d) \u2013 societ\u00e0 che sviluppa progetti in campo energetico,\u00a0 il cui capitale \u00e8 detenuto da imprenditori locali fortemente radicati sul territorio bellunese \u2013 hanno firmato un accordo per sviluppare nuovi progetti idroelettrici nella provincia di Belluno. L\u2019accordo prevede la costituzione di una New-Co detenuta al 51% da Enel Produzione e al 49% da En&amp;En \u2013 o societ\u00e0 da questa direttamente controllata &#8211; con l\u2019obiettivo di costruire e gestire nuovi impianti\u00a0 idroelettrici nella provincia di Belluno, in sinergia con gli impianti di Enel Produzione gi\u00e0 in esercizio e valorizzando il contributo dell\u2019imprenditoria locale. La New-Co, con la denominazione di ENergy Hydro Piave S.r.l., avr\u00e0 la sede legale nella provincia di Belluno.
