Altri sintomi comuni includono <strong>rigurgito acido<\/strong>, tosse secca notturna, voce rauca mattutina e, nei casi pi\u00f9 persistenti, <strong>esofagite<\/strong> (infiammazione dell\u2019esofago).<\/p>\n<p>Sono diversi i fattori che favoriscono il disturbo, come l\u2019alimentazione con pasti abbondanti e ricchi di grassi o il consumo di caff\u00e8, alcol e cioccolato. Anche l\u2019assunzione di alcuni farmaci, come antinfiammatori non steroidei, pu\u00f2 provocare disturbi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Come riconoscere i sintomi e gestirli ogni giorno<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sapere <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maalox.com\/it-it\/prodotti\/maalox-reflusso\">tutto sul reflusso gastroesofageo<\/a> \u00e8 necessario per individuare precocemente i segnali ed evitare che il disturbo diventi sempre pi\u00f9 pressante. Infatti, oltre al <strong>bruciore di stomaco<\/strong>, si possono avvertire <strong>acidit\u00e0<\/strong>, difficolt\u00e0 a deglutire, alitosi persistente e sensazione di nodo in gola. In questi casi \u00e8 consigliabile rivolgersi al medico per una diagnosi accurata.<\/p>\n<p>La gestione quotidiana di questo disturbo passa innanzitutto da modifiche allo stile di vita:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una buona strategia da attuare \u00e8 quella dell\u2019<strong>alimentazione frazionata<\/strong>: cinque piccoli pasti al giorno e cena leggera almeno tre ore prima di coricarsi.<\/li>\n<li>Ridurre fritti, cibi piccanti e bevande gassate.<\/li>\n<li>Dormire con il busto leggermente sollevato (10\u201315 cm).<\/li>\n<li>Mantenere un peso sano e praticare attivit\u00e0 fisica moderata.<\/li>\n<li>Evitare abiti troppo stretti in vita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quando le buone abitudini non bastano, il medico pu\u00f2 suggerire rimedi farmacologici come i <strong>farmaci antiacido<\/strong> o sciroppi e compresse di <strong>alginato. <\/strong>I primi sono a base di sali di magnesio e alluminio, mentre i secondi formano una barriera sopra il contenuto gastrico, impedendone la risalita. Un esempio \u00e8 Maalox Reflusso, che combina alginato e bicarbonato in grado di agire rapidamente creando un \u201ctappo\u201d protettivo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quando rivolgersi allo specialista<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Attenzione per\u00f2 a quando i sintomi diventano troppo invasivi. Se compaiono difficolt\u00e0 a deglutire, un calo ponderale inspiegato, l\u2019anemia o un dolore toracico che imita quello cardiaco, \u00e8 fondamentale consultare un gastroenterologo.
