Due weekend, sei serate, dodici cene tematiche: un&#8217;esperienza unica per gli amanti dell&#8217;alta cucina.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"1101\">Promosso dal <strong data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"687\">Comune di Jesolo<\/strong> e dal <strong data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"742\">Consorzio di Imprese Turistiche JesoloVenice<\/strong>, in collaborazione con <strong data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"790\">Globetrotter Gourmet<\/strong>, il festival nasce con l\u2019intento di valorizzare la scena enogastronomica locale, dando spazio alle pi\u00f9 interessanti espressioni della cucina italiana contemporanea. Ogni sera, alle ore 20.00, due ristoranti accoglieranno ciascuno uno chef stellato che presenter\u00e0 un menu originale ispirato a un tema specifico.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1389\">Il debutto, <strong data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1135\">venerd\u00ec 9 maggio<\/strong>, \u00e8 affidato ad <strong data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1171\">Alessandro Breda<\/strong> (Gellivs*, Oderzo) che interpreter\u00e0 &#8220;L\u2019alta cucina classica&#8221; alla Terrazza Aurora by Hotel Aurora, e ad <strong data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1292\">Andrea Leali<\/strong> (Casa Leali*, Puegnago del Garda), che proporr\u00e0 &#8220;La freschezza in cucina&#8221; al Ristorante da Omar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1692\"><strong data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1411\">Sabato 10 maggio<\/strong>, il viaggio prosegue con <strong data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1455\">Giacomo Devoto<\/strong> (Locanda de Banchieri*, Fosdinovo) e la sua &#8220;Lunigiana e il mare&#8221; presso Al Traghetto, mentre <strong data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1570\">Terry Giacomello<\/strong>, al Rosemar Fine Restaurant \u2013 Hotel delle Rose, proporr\u00e0 un percorso sperimentale con &#8220;La creativit\u00e0 fuori dagli schemi&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"2012\"><strong data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1716\">Domenica 11 maggio<\/strong> spazio alle contaminazioni internazionali: <strong data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1781\">Emanuele Scarello<\/strong> (Agli Amici**, Udine) porta al Terrazzamare Marcandole al Mare un menu che unisce &#8220;Croazia, Udine, Venezia&#8221;, mentre <strong data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"1919\">Salvatore Morello<\/strong> (Inkiostro*, Parma) firma al Ristorante da Guido &#8220;La sintesi di una visione internazionale&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2368\">Il secondo fine settimana si apre <strong data-start=\"2048\" data-end=\"2069\">venerd\u00ec 16 maggio<\/strong> con <strong data-start=\"2074\" data-end=\"2096\">Stefania di Pasquo<\/strong> (Locanda Mamm\u00ec*, Agnone) che celebra il territorio con &#8220;Il Molise esiste, eccome!&#8221; al Country House Salom\u00e8, e <strong data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2224\">Leandro Luppi<\/strong> (Vecchia Malcesine*, Verona) che rende omaggio al lago con &#8220;La bellezza del Garda&#8221; al Puro Cucina Autentica \u2013 Falkensteiner Hotel &amp; Spa Jesolo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2683\"><strong data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2390\">Sabato 17 maggio<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2409\">Maurizio Bufi<\/strong> (Il Fagiano*, Gardone Riviera) unisce botanica e mixology con &#8220;Il vegetale incontra la mixology&#8221; al Flora \u2013 Cucina, Bottega, Vino.
