Tuttavia, servono deroghe per gli studenti, i pendolari e le altre persone che lavorano all\u2019estero. &#8211; ha sottolineato Dorfmann &#8211; Non \u00e8 accettabile che chi compra una macchina in Austria o Germania, quindi immatricolata all\u2019estero, quando decide di tornare in Italia si veda sequestrare il veicolo e riceva una multa di centinaia di euro.
